400g of beef, 400g of vegetables (leeks, carrots, potherb mustard, mushrooms and other seasonal vegetables), shirataki (noodles made from konjac/devil's tongue yam, nama-fu (raw wheat gluten combined with mochi rice flour), Kaeshi (sukiyaki stock), zarame (crystallized sugar).
※Eggs are not included, add them to suit your taste.

400g of duck meat (300g of loin and 100g of minced meat), 400g of vegetables (leeks, carrots, potherb mustard, mushrooms, and other seasonal vegetables), komachi fu (roasted wheat gluten balls), nama-fu (raw wheat gluten combined with mochi rice flour), dashi (soup stock).
※You can use the leftover soup stock to make Zosui (risotto). In that case, please prepare your own rice and eggs.
